How is the cockpit different from the booking view?
The cockpit gives you an overview of several parts of your coaching business. Open the booking view from there to manage specific appointments, switch between list and calendar views or review past sessions.
Which available times does the cockpit show?
The slots tile counts your available slots for the next 30 days and also shows reserved and confirmed bookings. Open the tile to manage your availability and create individual slots or a recurring series.
Can I follow my certificate reviews?
Yes. The certificates tile shows the number of approved credentials out of all uploaded certificates and highlights any reviews in progress. Open the tile to manage your certificates.
What do the level and ratings mean?
The rewards tile shows your KREST level, reviews and completed sessions. Your level reflects activity and progress on KREST; certificates show your professional qualifications.
