Where can I find one person’s appointments?
Group your appointments by client in the booking view, then expand a person’s group to see the associated bookings. Past appointments can also be grouped by client in the history view.
Can I see how much coaching remains in a package?
Yes. The remaining package credit overview shows each client’s available credits and the corresponding coaching time, helping you follow the support they have already purchased.
How do I open a client’s profile from an appointment?
Select the profile picture in a booking to open the client’s profile. It shows the details that person has chosen to share, such as a description, coaching preferences and goals. Open Messages to find your conversation and use the in-app chat.
