Delete your KREST account

Delete your account in the app or request deletion by email if you cannot access it.

In the app

  1. Open Profile or Trainer Cockpit → Settings → Privacy.
  2. Select “Permanently delete account” and confirm the notice.
  3. Sign in again to confirm your identity if requested.

Without app access

Email us from your account address where possible. We verify your identity. Never send passwords or payment details.

Request deletion by email

Important

  • Open appointments and, for coaches, outstanding credits, payouts, refunds or disputes must be resolved first.
  • Unused client credits expire when the account is deleted.
  • Google Play renewals are stopped. Apple subscriptions must also be cancelled in Apple subscription management.
  • We delete your account and data no longer required. Accounting, tax and reporting records remain only for legally required periods.
